Coming Soon... Citrus Lane Review

I have been a Citrus Lane subscriber since June 2013 and although I thought it would be helpful to review the monthly subscription boxes along with my impression (and the baby's) of the items included, I have been MUCH to busy taking care of said baby to do so. Now that she is almost 5 months old, she is more into spending time exploring her exersaucer or playing with her toys or napping while I do things here and there. I am expecting my November 2013 box any day now and will be posting a review soon! I hope to include my first impressions (Will I use the item? Do I have a need for this item? Do I already have a like item I like better? etc), cost per item and total vs cost of monthly subscription, how does the baby seem to like the item (if relevant... sometimes the items are FOR her but not to be used by her ie. diaper cream), how does the item fit into my life? (some of the items I've received have not been for us ie. I've received diaper rash cream twice but if you cloth diaper, you know that not all diaper creams are "safe" for the fabric. I have also received a beautiful nail polish but have yet to use it because although I am TOTALLY into doing my own mani/pedi, I recently had a baby and I don't have time to do my nails AND get house chores done. I also received a sunscreen when my baby was just 1 or 2 months old. Uhmmm, YES I can use it on ME or wait to use it but honestly, it's Winter now and she's not even 6 months yet--recommended minimum age for most sunscreen products on babies) SO, hopefully this will help anyone trying to a) decide if they really want to get a Citrus Lane subscription and b) help anyone looking for new and cool baby gear/products/toys to know if these items are good/bad/etc and why. I am looking forward to doing this review because I always love GETTING the subscription boxes in the mail so I'd LOVE to share that with anyone who is into that kind of thing or has a baby of similar age.
