I like this tool. Enter your current and goal weight and the amount of calories burned or removed from daily calorie consumption and it will tell you when you should reach goal if you stay on track. I have removed 800+ cals from my diet and should reach goal by April 2, 2011. So far it's been pretty easy and I've lost 7lbs.
